We ship items Monday to Friday. All orders will be dispatched in the next business day once your payment cleared.
The buyer is responsible for all applicable import duties and local taxes. Please verify this with your local custom before any purchases. Delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods. The normal delivery time is from 10 business days and up to 30 business days. Please allow satisfactory time for delivery and contact us if you don’t receive your package within 30 business days. We don’t offer local percent up.

Returns and Contact:
Refund or replacement request is available only the requests within 1 week after parcel received & returning the item as the same condition as received.
Please contact us,we will provide returns the tackle. If you have not contacted us,direct items will be sent back to us,items will be refused without tracking number and returned to the sender. Buyer is responsible for extra shipping costs for items that are returned refused or undeliverable. Your name,auction number ,and reason for return should be included in the email. Items returned must contain main packaging materials.
Please repack the item carefully. Items returned will be tested and a brand new replacement will be shipped to the buyer immediately when found defective. In the adventure that an appropriate replacement is not available then a refund will be issued. Shipping ,handling and insurance fees are non refundable.
It may absorb to 7 business days to process your return after we receive your product.
If the item is found non-defective,the item will be sent back to the buyer. Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges.
If on any occasion we get it wrong, your shipment is delayed or you sense an issue, then please allow myself or a member of our team to correct the problem by speaking/emailing us first.
We would ask however that all questions are directed through ali express to ensure that you have a timely response which will usually be the same day, if not within 24 hours. Please ensure you email only once – multiple emails slow us responding to you and others.
